Even though the Inuyasha anime is now over, there is still a fourth movie scheduled for release this December in Japanese theaters. I'm not sure if it's going to be a real closure to the series, or just a final farewell, but oh well.

I'm glad it didn't get further in episode count than it did. There was already too much filler as is. I would've justified a longer series if it worked in large story arcs, but it only did that once.

Someone posted an article on it several months ago.

http://furinkan.com/iycompanion/anime/ for complete ending. The guide there shows that the show doesn't technically end until next week. So keep a look out when it actually DOES end.

Oh, I know. Regardless, there's a difference in reading a Rumiko Takahashi manga, and watching an anime series based on a Rumiko Takahashi manga. My response was entirely related to the Inuyasha anime series, and in no way involves the Inuyasha manga.

It's a lot of episodes for an anime.

i heard the news a while ago, it really dissapointed me, but considering that i am on episode 40 or something, i really doubt i have anything to worry about for a while. it is still sad that they are ending it..REALLY sad!! i love this anime!  i wonder why, its not like nobody watches it! :smileysad: y!
