Well since it is a promotional car (with a commecial advertisement on it) you can be sure there will be a car just like it in the game (without Wal-Mart all over it) that you can use instead. They did the same thing when Burnout Revenge came out. There were Circuit City, Best Buy, Dolby and other cars that were just the same as other cars in the game (at least it was that way on the 360 version).
