When playing as Kai, in the last room of the mission "Riding High" (ch.3) ... u have to retrieve the heavenly sword. Well, to the left of where the HS is being mounted.... you can see Krato's chaos blades aswell as his armor from GOW 2. Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

That's awesome.  Since the game's so short, I'll be making my way through it again over the weekend to check out some of the neat stuff like this.

That's not the only refrence! There's also the obligatory Genji refrence when Kai is getting the password from the commander:

"Or shall I hit in your weak spot for Massive damage?"

Could you imagine a God of War / Nariko crossover of some sort? And the whole game would be done at the quality of Heavenly Sword? Holy crapola! :smileysurprised:
