Ok, got one for ya Seb. If you're able to say, what is the name of this level?
Wow, ok. Thats Salamun District.
Why do all the multiplayer maps have different names from the single player levels?

If you had to name a game that you are worried about taking away killzone 2's massive thunder, what would it be? And also would you classify kz2 online as realism based or arcade based or elements of both? i dont just mean Alien type planet or future weapons but like the damage system and recoil and overall feel to the game. Does health regenerate and can that be modified by a game leader?

Fallingdove wrote: Early on, (at E3 2007 I believe), it was mentioned that the engine would be optimized to provide a fully streamed experience without load screens. Is this still the case?
There are still seperate levels, but we are going to keeps the in-game loading as invisible as possible through streaming.

Nice idea, but no. There were discussions about such things, but explaining it and using it in a gameplay way might be a bit difficult.

commanderlewis wrote: People say that GG has added the blue glow light to the ISA troops! Now i hope it have a function such as a flash light built in the blue glow....so it and have that realistic feel to it! other than being a magnet for enemy troops to pick on!
We had to balance out the glowing eyes of the Helghast a little. Works fine.

If a fellow ISA Medic heals the downed player, do the Helghasts get a point still? Basically does it still count as a kill even if a medic heals the player you just shot down?
Everyone gets points, the shooter and the healer.

We are not planning to do any install.
Does that mean it is going to be optional or you somehow managed to dodge an install alltogether without the loss of shorter load time etc? If it's the latter, a lot of devs need to take a leaf out of your book. Message Edited by CrimsonQuantum on 11-21-2008 01:04 PM
No install. Optional or otherwise.
