Hmm . . . I wonder how to take this one. I guess until it's confirmed it is but a rumour and must be taken with HALF a grain of salt  It'd be nice though. But I'm mostly looking forward to Youtube Uploading/Gameplay recording. When that happens . . . I will be one happy guy

Umm... I think Sam has said that this is most likely going to be a future update.

YES!!! Thank you! I hope this is true and actually comes to fruition. I was so bent out of shape about needing the stupid playstation eye in order to get your images in the game. It did not sound very appealing to me to take pictures of pictures just to get a specific image I wanted. So this image import (which I just assumed was going to be on-disc at launch) is a very welcome addition. Even if it is late to the party.

Which one, the image importing? Or youtube uploading? I know the Youtube thing was mentioned a good while back that it'd be something of an update and all, then the Playstation channel for Youtube (specifically mentioning LBP) kinda hints it as a more solid thing, but . . . But did Sam really mention the Image Importing was going to happen or likely to happen? EDITED: Not questioning if it's true, but just that I must've missed it. There are a couple of these rumours flying around today, so to clear things up - image importing is very much technically viable which may have been what Alex is referring to, however there are currently no plans to introduce it for a variety of reasons. Announcements of future content releases, whether free, paid for, feature update, costume, sticker or whatever will always come through the official websites for LittleBigPlanet and Media Molecule, if you hear of updates through any other source please take it with a pinch of salt until it has been confirmed or denied. Right now there are no plans to introduce image importing to the game, and we'll update if that changes.
