Greetings, I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this. I've played this game on another PS 3, and when I hit X the swing is near instant. On my PS3, I press X, and the responses (both in pitching and swinging) appear to be off by about a split second, which while not seeming like much, can be the difference between a strike, a hit, a home run, and a horrible, horrible pop fly. Has anyone else had issues like this, or have a potential idea what could be causing this in my game? It occurred likewise in MLB 08, but I don't see it on any other games of mine.

I'm not sure, but that sounds like it would really screw with the game. Is it everything when you play, or just the X button. If it's just one button, it's probably your controller.

Probably the controller. Try a different one before you replace the game or anything.

Not unless your TV and PS3 have several other devices between them in the program chain. If it's PS3 > cable box > VCR > exercise bike > blender > TV...then you may have a slight delay.

Well, to answer that, do you play on an HDTV? I'm assuming you do. There are nanoseconds of a delay between the ps3 and hdtvs, but it shouldn't be that much of a delay. When I say nanoseconds, im talking about maybe 5/100ths of a second.
