Has nobody re-confirmed if their headsets work now or not? So far just the Motorola HS850? Or ppl just not trying the old ones again?

You should calll 1 800 345 sony to report it.I am having the same issue and was told yesterday that they never heard of this issue.I have the motorola headset h670 that worked great before the update and all I can hear is static when others are talking.  I wasnt sure if another headset would work better so I bought two more (Jabra bt125 and motorola h350)  to test out and figure out which one I should keep. None work , all do the same static thing and sometimes knock my controller out off synch. I called sony and the rep had me do some stuff with my ps3 that didnt work and check the router tcp and udp port settings that didnt work so he said I should send it in as defective and that he hadn't heard of any other problems like this. I wont send it back because I can just go to the store and either exchange it or return it, so I don't see the point in waiting a few weeks for what might be my dud or some other refurb unit. Besides everything works great but no mic so I can hold off until Rainbow Six Vegas comes out hoping another update or that 65nm ps3 will be in stores.
