In a previous thread I was a bit mad and called out for a BOYCOTT. That was not the way to do it. For that I am sorry. But the information I have from Namco / Bandai in an email is that A game that Playstation users made popular is not going to be made availible for us. Here is the email from namco, If you think this is something to check into please contact them. i would like to get the real storie if it is differant from what the wrote me. Thank you for contacting Namco Bandai's Customer Support Department. Thank you for your interest in our games. With regards to Ace Combat 6 being developed for the Xbox 360 - this was a business decision for the company. While it is true we published the previous Ace Combat titles for Playstation platforms, delivering Ace Combat 6 for one platform allowed us to focus on one technology to deliver a strong, robust game. We hope that you get a chance to play Ace Combat 6 on the Xbox 360, and thanks for your continued support. Please feel free to contact us again in the future as the need arises.

Seriously, if you want to play Ace Combat 6 so much just buy a xbox360 too......Both systems have great exclusive games. $350 won't kill if you have a job. If you dont ahve a job continue to cry.

Yep I admit I was a little quick on the thread. I think this is a much nicer way to get the point across. If people want they can write or they can be like response # 2 and just be a jerk. But I guess it takes all kinds and I am due some flack from the previous.

The initial word from Namco awhile back was that they were doing it this way so that they could put full focus into the 360 version and then full focus into a PS3 version so it was assumed to be timed-exclusive. I suppose we'll see what happens though since I haven't heard any news of a PS3 version in the past couple months.

People are developing more and more games for the Gaming system.Ps3 is getting away from its roots and its dragging them down.Dont be surprised when the other system grabs up tekken and such.Nothing is exclusive when they drop millions in their lap.Ps3 is always going to be behind now,get used to it.By the time Sony catches up M$ will be getting ready to drop a new gen console.

Thanks. I wrote them, told them I liked their business decision to put Ace Combat 6 on the 360. It makes the most sense financially. While I was writing I thanked them for bring tales of the world to the PSP, and that I was currently enjoying playing Tales of the Abyss. All great games and that I support their company. why not. Edit: I'm sure that everybody agrees that more then likely when the user base is higher next year we will see AC6 or 7 on the PS3.
