Dude people call it the PS3 Slim because it is a slimmed down version of the 1st and 2nd Generation PS3's. It is like the PS2. PS2 Slim. Slimmed down. Tada

Always laying down to the idea that its all upto Sony is your problem. We, the consumer, do control these entiteis, but foget its our dime they are existing on for whatever reason. All it would really take to get back BC and 'Install Other OS' is a firm commitment from each one of us in the matter

Everyone, everywhere...except for the box and very few others, are calling it the Slim. Its Sony's fault for introducing the new PS2 as the Slim. Now anytime they shrink their technology down, its just gonna be 'Slim'...is that okay with you? I suppose someone is gonna tell me its not called the PS2 slim, well my PS3 is snt the PS3SE but thats how I ID it to anyone wanting to know. To just want to call the new one the same as the old will just create much uneeded confusion. So, let down the whip and ease up on the reigns...and let some of us refer to it as the Slim so someone doesnt think Im talkin bout something else.
