i have read this before but you have ot use a specific folder naming convention if order for it to work, but it is possible. its like PS3?MUSIC/Filename something like that. Then you will be abel to see your files.

You can't use the music that is played by your iPod because it isn't in the proper file structure, and the files are hidden. Try hooking the iPod up to your computer, going to My Computer, then going to iPod (F:\)(or whatever it says)..You won't find any files, they are hidden in the iPod somewhere, only accessable by programs that can find it (iTunes, iPod Updater, etc.).. Try putting the music onto your iPod through copy and paste or dragging and dropping it onto the actual harddrive/flash memory. You won't be able to listen to it, but the PS3 will be able to read/play them.

i was able edit my file structure in my iPOD, it was a shuffle though...
