So, what are your thought's on liquid cooling the ps3. I am treating myself at christmas and i am finally getting a ps3. I am thinking about buying a (broken ps3) too, so i can try the whole system out on that one b4 i void my warranty on the new one. I have been doing research and want to hook this up: http://www.xoxide.com/koolance-exos-2-black.html. Also, i want to hook up one of these: http://www.directron.com/zmmfc2.html, with a couple of fans. This is going to be a big project and is gonna cost alot. Also, if im not mistaken its going to be only the 2nd water cooled ps3. So, what do you guys think?

If you are going to go that far why not submerge the PS3 in mineral oil which means you would have to mod the PS3 HDD and Blu Ray drive to be external.

I got a heat exchanger off a Detroit 12V92 I'll sell ya. I also have a certain bridge for sale if you're inerested?

You know you could just get a 4 ton BTU stand alone HVAC unit and have one 12" duct blowing straight into the PS3 vents.

I almost forgot, I have some ocean front property that may interest you too....let me know.

oh wait, why don't you drill some holes in your moms freezer and run your power and AV cables in there and use that as the bad boy of the block cooling system...that would work too don't ya think.

I just remembered that I also need some help transfering 30 million dollars from my deceased grandfathers account in Sweden, post you're bank account number and SS number and I''l make sure you get 50% for helping me  :smileywink:

you don't need to add extra cooling to the ps3 it has a great cooling feature and if you want to cool it more get one of those cooling devices at best buy or something (although you don't really need any additional cooling)
