I'm 95% sure it's 2.40 if anyone wants to try it out (worst that could happen from downloading it is you get 2.36)...I don't recommend it though as Sony took the link off of the site for a reason....

Nevermind, I'm now 95% positive that the download is for 2.36....

Well, hopefully 2.41 will be out soon enough...

I DL'd the update and I'm fine. I haven't attempted to launch a game though like the article says. I think I'm gonna hold off on MGS until tommorow....please...Sony.
