bmxracer_06 wrote: So, what are your thought's on liquid cooling the ps3. I am treating myself at christmas and i am finally getting a ps3. I am thinking about buying a (broken ps3) too, so i can try the whole system out on that one b4 i void my warranty on the new one. I have been doing research and want to hook this up: http://www.xoxide.com/koolance-exos-2-black.html. Also, i want to hook up one of these: http://www.directron.com/zmmfc2.html, with a couple of fans. This is going to be a big project and is gonna cost alot. Also, if im not mistaken its going to be only the 2nd water cooled ps3. So, what do you guys think?
 I needed a good laugh..

The negative comments wont stop me so, ur wasting ur time if ur posting them. The clear case or window definatley will be on there. Without a clear case or window it is almost pointless. Nobody would be able to see my creation. I have been searching for pics of previous projects for clear windows or cases but, cant find any. I am thinking about getting a plastic mold kit.
Well... at least he is dedicated

Work still in progress... undone... temperatures around 32°C under heavy load... almost dead silent...

Looks pretty sweet but, u should have put low profile waterblocks on the cpu and gpu that way you dont have to cut holes like you did. You could have just cut small holes on the back for the water tubes. Other than that it looks pretty sweet.

Gonna cut holes in the table and lead the tubes downwards... into the rack... Needs little additional cooling with 2 extra fans, but those are way more silent than the original built in fan...
