Wow, I can't believe this hasn't been fixed. I bought this game soley for co-op. I'm sitting in the lobby now with my friend and the game just doesn't start. WHAT THE HELL BACKBONE/SEGA/SONY?

I just got a respone back from Sega, in swift reply to my ticket. Here is the message: Hi Bob,
We have confirmed this issue as having to do with the players having different internet connection speeds and types. We have also found that it does not occur %100 and that at worst you should be able to connect ~%30 of time.
We are looking into options to resolve this but so far have not come up with anything that would be cost effective relative to the game's disappointing sales. I'll let you know if there are any further updates.
Regards,
Frank Doesn't look good, but props to Sega for the quick response, I guess.

Jeez, that's discouraging. I hope they're not saying that just becasue it didn't sell well that they were not going to put much time in resolving the problem. That would really tick me off! Message Edited by Hi-Tek_Saint on 07-02-2009 11:26 AM

Wow, that was their response. What a total rip. Cost effective?! I'm sorry it had low sales but damnit, it should have worked in the first place!

Unbelievable. It's not "cost effective" to fix a game that should've been in working order in the first place. **** you, Backbone. You're never getting a cent of my money again.Message Edited by Revolutionary on 07-04-2009 02:22 AM
