Dear PlayStation Home Community Members,  

We just want to assure you that we are aware of the issues affecting users post 1.04 update. We know that many of you are experiencing problems with the furniture arrangement in your Club Houses and that some reward items have temporarily disappeared from your inventory. Rest assured that we are looking into these errors and will be in communication when the necessary fixes are in place. 

As PlayStation Home is in a beta environment, it is in a state of constant evolution, and we ask you to always be prepared for changes within the coming days, weeks, months, and years. We think that you’ll find the changes to the service helpful as you continue to utilize this social networking platform to connect with your fellow gamers.  

As the future and direction of PlayStation Home will partly be shaped by your experiences and feedback, it is important that you continue to alert us to any issues you may experience so that we can address them. When doing so, we ask that you behave in a respectful manner both towards your Community Managers and your peers within PlayStation Home.

Just received this news to pass along to you:  

As it stands, the items error is not affecting any of the items purchased in the mall, nor will it. Items purchased now will not  be lost after the fix for the 1.04 update is in place. Rewards gained in the past are currently invisible to the user, but are not  lost. When this bug is fixed, you WILL get them back 

However, while this bug exists, there is a chance that a reward you win during this period will not be saved. For example: If someone wins an Echochrome suit right now, they can select it from their inventory and wear it. However, if they log out and back in it may disapper. 

Remember, this does not affect rewards won prior to the 1.04 update. When the bug is fixed, rewards won after the fix is implemented will also be safe. You can all calm down now.

Hi everyone,

As of 12/22/08, the missing rewards and clubhouse errors are still being worked on 24/7 by our development team. They've been working through the weekend to resolve this and are taking it VERY seriously.

I hope to have more news after tomorrow's patch. Rest assured that I will communicate any changes/fixes back to you as soon as I get the info!
