Yesterday when I got home from work.. I come to the unpleasent news that I have been banned from the PSN.. When I attempted to log in it say that I could not use the PSN with this account.. Jezer29.. Now I wont lie when I was this I kind panicked cuase I thought I lost my account or something.. So I call Sony.. It comes to find out that I was banned for 2 days from the PSN.. Why??? B/c apparently "I said something offensive in the open in one of the public spaces.."???????????

Now a few facts about myself.. I am 30 yrs old, married with a daughter.. I am by far not your typical little runt that I constantly see in Home running around harrassing female avatars, screaming out racial comments or just plain being an ass.. Im a respectful individual, never have I had gotten into an arguement with someone in Home or had a confrontation with anyone what so ever..

These are the same words I stated to the Sony rep.. Which makes me wonder.. Why the hell was I banned? Another fact about this situation is that I havent logged on to Home since last week Thursday, which consisted of me doing a running man line with some friends for about maybe 5 mins and then I got off..The rep told me that It was either someone reported me or a mod was in Home and saw me say something offensive.. But what?? Like I said Im 30 yrs old and the only thing I can think of is that I have cursed while in normal conversation with friends.. And this is not even over the mic.. Im talking about typed.. But from my understanding, if I type a curse word.. Doesnt it come out sensored for the others who read it??? So again why in the world was i banned.. It feels very uncomfortable to know that you can be banned anytime without knowing the full details as to why.. I going to contact Sony again today to see if I get more detail is not Im going to PM whatever dudes name is who has that feedback thread... Cause this is major, major BS..

I dont agree with you as to that Home is a dying service..But if people continue being banned without knowing exactly what there being banned for (just given a possiblity)... How do you expect to get order in the place???

Not to be a jerk or anything BUT i doubt SONY hit you with the BAN HAMMER for nothing. You did something and i think a mod seen it! So be lucky its only for 2 days.Also by stating your 30 and married with a kid doesnt make you an angel. I am 30 with 2 boys and married and i can say i get IMMATURE at times(i'm a big kid at heart)
