Wireless signals degrade as you get further from the access point...
is it possible to relocate the access point at all? There's really no "setting" you can change to boost the signal, but if you don't want to rewire your AP closer to the PS3, I'd recommend either checking Google, there ARE manuals out on the internet on how to build contraptions that can send/receive the signal better than the bare hardware, (imagine a tin-foil satellite dish) or you could always just buy a repeater.

I agree with you. I have like 95% and my wireless PS3 downloads are slow.Even before I went wirless, it seemed slow. I have optimum HSI also.My CPU's are fast. I just think Sony needs to address there servers. I actually work for my ISP and checked the plant anyway. I think its Sony. |
