The only trouble I had was that it kept giving me a "cannot write in temp directory" message. Turns out my temp folder was full. So I cleaned it out manually, no more problems. I guess the only way to ensure things go well is to: 1. Clear your temp folder, 2. Make sure you're connected to the internet 3. If the installer needs to put a 3d party software (which it may need like it did on one of my computers ) and it freezes, put it yourself. (For example I was having issues during the download of the .net 2 framework so I downloaded it separately myself. Next time I tried to install media go, it skipped that step because it was no longer needed. No more problems). 4. I know some other programs have issues if you have stuff like Google Gears or Adobe air (or whatever it's called) running while you're installing. It may or may not affect media go as well. Can't hurt to temporarily disable them.

And of course I have all the access needed. I always installed all the things I wanted without problems but this thing here doesn't want to get installed.
Yeah, I get the same problem with my desktop. Seems to be something with Vista and it working. And I have tryed everything to get it to work correctly. Anyways, I ended up installing it just fine on my dinky laptop. Figures, the machine with all my media that I want to put on my PSP can't run the program that I was trying to upgrade to... to put that media on the PSP. Hopefully, they will have a patch in a week or two.

You need to clean your temp folder manually. Open Run. Write %temp% . The system will only show the temp files that aren't being used, so you don't have to worry about accidentally deleting something important. Delete at will.

I think the same thing happen to me. I was downloading my FF7 to PSP to a 2gig memory card and 1st I got a: " NOT ENOUGH MEMORY IN IT" ( When I totally had nothing in, not even saves), Then I tried downloading it again and at around 80% it said error 000909 some thing like that. Does anyone know the solution I would be happy to know thanks. B.S.
