Well, I'm having problem adding more themes to this thread so we'll just start a new thread here. Sorry for any inconveniences.
Here are some themes that I've collected from various forums. You can use them on your PSP but please do not copy them (whether in parts or in whole), or post them as your own (respect the owner's copyright). And of course, these aren't mine, I take no credit for them. If you'd like to submit your theme(s), please do so using this thread and also please resize the screenshots to 286 x 162 only. Any screenshot submission without the correct file size will not be posted. This thread is intended for the discussion of custom themes for your PSP and sharing your themes. Please note that all content posted within this thread must be appropriate and fall within the standard forum policies. Thanks and enjoy! 
Instruction on how to install PSP custom theme(s): - Click on the theme you like and download the theme file (file extension is .ptf)
- Copy them to a "THEME" folder (all CAPS) on your memory stick (if the folder doesn't exist, create one)
- Folder structure should be PSP > THEME > ..your theme file here..
Note: custom themes will only work on firmware 3.70 or higher. If your PSP doesn't have the latest firmware then please click here to download the latest update. And also if you don't know how to proceed, here's the step-by-step instruction on how to update your PSP to the latest firmware.
* Finally, a tip for all you theme-makers out there, do not use the BMP RGB value 0:0:0 or 255:255:255 (extreme white or extreme black) because there's a high possiblity that the Theme Creator software will freezes.
