Q: How do I get into the Advisory Panel?
A: The Advisory Panel is invite only. Invitations were sent out one month ago. More people may be invited in the future.

Q: Alright, what's the best way to ensure that I am invited in the future?
A: The best way to get invited is to make sure your PlayStation.com profile is up to date. Make sure you have a valid email address as well as a valid shipping address. You can modify your profile here.

Q: I am signed up for the panel, but I haven't received anything in the mail yet?
A: Make sure your PlayStation.com account has a valid mailing address, if it does, just keep waiting, it will show up eventually.

Q: I got invited into the panel and I received my kit... yay! Now what??
A: The online aspects of the panel are slated to open in March of next year. Stay tuned!

Q: In the meantime where can I chat about the Advisory Panel?
A: You can chat about the GAP here on the PlayStation Underground board. Please keep the conversation here as to not clutter the other boards with common questions..

Q: Hey!! I posted something about the GAP and it was deleted, what gives?
A: Chances are, if you posted something about GAP and it was deleted it was because it wasn't suitable for the forum. Gloating to others that you're in GAP and they're not is very immature and certainly not a nice thing to do to fellow gamers. Please be courteous when sharing information about your GAP package with others, do not brag.

Q: I want to chat with other GAP members, how can I do this?
A: Simple, use the forums! If you want to talk to another user one on one, try the board instant messenger. It can be accessed by clicking the picture of the envelope in the top right corner of your screen. Please do not advertise IRC channels, user created GAP websites or other unauthorized gathering places. Such posts will be deleted.

Q: I'm having trouble signing up, the site is giving me problems. What do I do?
A: If you are experiencing website registration issues, be patient. Some things may be slow for a few days. There's always the telephone number for registration if you have problems with the website. 1-877-267-2990.

Q: Help! I threw out the card or deleted the email with my PSU# and PIN!
A: If you've lost your PIN from the Invitation envelope, you'll receive a Follow-Up postcard in the few days. If we have your email on file, we'll also send you a follow-up email that will have that information. If all else fails Sony Customer Service is forwarding requests through to us. That is a last resort. We'd prefer people to wait for the FU postcard or email.

Q: When will I receive new information about the GAP or information on what to do next?!
A: Soon, very soon. Don't worry, if you've received a communication of some kind from PlayStation.com, you're in the GAP. You won't miss out on opportunities. Just sit tight & have fun with your GAP kits
